I bought them intending to create a site for them but I have already lost alot of money trying to create some niche sites and want to get some back. Well, as undeveloped names they have no real value at all, except budgetbirthdays.com which could be a good name for people looking to buy cheap gifts. You're best bet would be to develop those names if you want to increase the value.
