You should multiple titles for following reasons.
    1. You get backlinks from varied anchor text and you get SERP benefit for all your main keywords / phrases.
    2. Many other sites might already be using the title so if you have only one title it's possible that many sites won't even let you submit your site.

I would also advice you to use multiple descriptions for better results.

oh you mean to say multiple title for multiple submissions.

One more question should I use one keyword at a time or I can use more than one at the time of directory submission?

    3. Affordable Graphic Designing
    4. Cheap Web Graphic Designing
    5. Web Graphic Design

I believe you can use 2 to 3 (for long tail) keywords for your titles and descriptions :)

I usually make up a list of 10 to 15 keywords. Just create several based on the main theme of your site. You can use the Google Adwords Keyword Tool to give you some ideas on what people search for in your niche.

To begin with, focus on maybe 3 or 4 key phrases at maximum. Once you've built them up well, begin to optimise for loads and loads (100s+) of long tailed and fairly uncompetetive key words. (But don't use directory submission for that).

Use keyword rich text for the titles and varying the text between submissions - saying using 4 or 5 different titles. Remember however that you want to be accepted by the directory owner so keep the link text pretty close to the title of your home page.
