top banner the words with the background objects are clashing with each other, makes the reading a bit difficult to make out. try to reduce "inreadability", add more thumbnails to your top list, games is more about visual attraction.. if theres more words than pictures, probably guests would run off faster than a speeding bullet.

IF you would like then to stay, try featuring a flash game at the top to get them hooked on playing.

 

I've redone the entire site.... threw a new theme on there.... check it out now. If anybody can help me change the header though it'd be great. The header is wrapped in a ton of codes or is one big code and I have no idea how to change it lol.

 

your header image is too horrible, basically your site contains many types of games so your header must be so nice that it force user to stay at your site and enjoy these games. Besides this everything is ok.
