    Hello,

    There's no one here can help you to increase the cost-per-click of your ads. Advertisers are the one that set the amount of CPC of their ads.

    You can put the adsense at the corner of each posts. And then the image of the first post at the center of the page. Because when someone visit one of your post the first thing they want to see is the content.

    you should arrange meeting to the advertisers to solve this issue and tell them that pay me high per click!

    you can do only one thing to improve the content of your website.

    You can't increase your cost per click by increasing traffic. cost per click of an ad is decided by advertisers end. try to use banner ads instead of text ads if you want to increase your cost per click.

    I think banner image/flash ads pay more than the text ads. But it also depends on the design and content of your site. You need to experiment more about ad types and placement. See what works best.

    its can't be changed by yourself. Gradually if you get PR and got good position in Google SERP then the ads viewing in your site will be slightly increased. for this reason i always tell people to research keyword properly .
