What should I do to Improve my blog

    some navigational links on the left or right would be nice, rather than just ads. I guess that's why you did a top nav. It's just most people are used to seeing it on the left/right for blogs. Good content though.

    So the things i should look into is the site load time and the navigational bars.One bug I spotted was that my blog is actually having 2 sidebars to the right of the main content when viewed in firefox(that's the design i want).But when viewing in internet explorer it looks weird, the sidebars are shifted down.What should i do...
    Please help
