    I have created a new blog at vox.com as its my first blog I don't know how to make this blog indexed by Google. Please let me know from where should I start.........

    apply seo on it such as on and off page
    see this one as a guide link

    then do link building like
    blog directories,
    social bookmarking

    anyway, have you decide what your target KW is?
