what should i do next?

Hi,
I am a complete noob in this region. I have downloaded feedforall to generate rss feeds. Now i have got loads and loads of noob questions.

1. Where should i put the feeds generated and if in any other extentions.
2. How do i proceed from here now, how to update the feeds and evrything.
3. From where can i get the symbol to publish it on my site and how do i link it to the feeds

It all depends on what you're doing with the feeds and what type of site you have... elaborate a bit?

 

Now that I have an RSS URL to use
http://www.foxnews.com/xmlfeed/rss/0,4313,80,00.rss


How do I take that and enter it into my webpage to publish?
