So I want to crate something like this 1. someone goes to my site and writes their name and e-mail 2. he/she submits the info and a message is sent to my e-mail account 3. (a program) copies the name and e-mail and sends to mail merge recipients (data base in MS Word) 4. I write the main text with mail merge in MS Word OR it's already written 5. A program sends to message to all e-mails in mail merge recipients (data base in MS Word) How can I do that with MS Word and Outlook?
