Google says that they do not allow adsense on Thank You pages that displayed after a form submission.

My site uses frames and my ad is in frame at the top.

Then how it is possible to remove the frame.

Should i make a new page with out frame,

You should not use adsense in frames. The ads are targeted at the page it is loaded on, and if the content you are associating it with is in a different frame, it won't know what keywords to target.

Either build the page so the ad is in the main content frame (correct me if I'm wrong people), or build a frameless page.

adsense works well in frame pages..

I usually write three to four keywords related to my main page and the colour of fonts is same as background :) so that visitors don't see it but adsense pick them.

I think i sould build a framless thank you pages

No problem. If the output html is unique per page, like when you have a footer, menu and header include or template, it's fine.

    Myth....

Frames pages can be indexed quite well by all bots and can rank with the best non-frames sites if built correctly.

However, do consider getting rid of the "hidden" text in addition to placing your adsense withing the content page :)
