What should I do about competitors who spam the search engines?

Is there some rules for the spammers and how can we stop that?

 

you should not do anything about it as it is google's work to handle spammers, google will punished website of spammers who were doing spamming.

 

How you will stop spammers ? and what you mean here with "competitors who spam the search engines"?

 

its not your work to think about spammers . search engine will think who gets spammed. every search engines have some rules to stop spammers.
