I am going to be doing some minor SEO for a mortgage company as a small contract project.

I do SEO full time for my current employer but i do not know what would be a reasonable charge to do it for this company.

Their website has NO title or meta info, no backlinks and no pr. I know i can get them indexed fast because ive done it before so basically all i will be doing is adjusting their keywords, title, getting them some backlinks and maybe list them on a few of my PR4+ sites so that the site gets crawled.

I will probably end up setting up adwords for them so they can target some local traffic too.

Any suggestions of a flat rate for something like this?

To chare someone find out cost of service. If you have employees and work as company then you must calculate your average hour cost. Then plus you benefits and charge the clients. your benefits amount depends on your professionalism, skills and quality of work.
