What should I charge for a defence company AD on my Blog?

    I own a Defence related blog www.defenceaviation.com

    Recently I got contacted from EADS (a huge defence company http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EADS ) Asking for ad campaign on my site..

    I need advice as in some creative way EADS can use my site and how much should I charge them.

    First of all,what kind of ads they wanted to put at your website?
    Banner size?
    Where will it position?Top?Middle?Bottom?

    They want MPU (300x250), Leaderboards (728x90), Skyscrapers (120x600)

    They want top and sidebar... I am also willing to promote on my twitter etc accounts.
