what should Hi consider while link exchange

    I would like to know what should I consider while I am exchanging links. I usually look at:

    1) the link to my page is from the same sector
    2) The link is one way link (not ring link)
    3)The page rank of the page

    which others things are importants?

    2. How much traffic you can expect from that site

    5) where are you placed among them
    6) is the PAGE and the site listed in major search engines

    Does it match/relevant to your landing page?
