what should care in SEO of new Website

Hmmm. i got a real estate website too. but not yet online. You might want add another page for the property sale and have some pictures of the house and lots, including the features and amenities. and the most important is the site location.

 

nancy, i dont think you are listening to the advice the people are offering. At the moment you do not have any quality content on your site. Your main page has no logo, missing pictures, incorrect spelling and no real content. As mentioned earlier by someone else, even if you get someone to your site they will not actually do anything because there is nothing for them on the site.

also Don't Forget Image Optimization with alternate text and proper file name of the images.

Don't create duplicate content problems in any page.

if you've finished on page so start off page optimization in related category sources.

try to make blogs in Wordpress, post articles, do the proper social bookmarking with related tags, Forums posting in dofollow sites.
