    Can any one tell me just a approx price of a Dating site. 6 months old. But its ranking top-10 2 of the hot keywords. PR -3

    Depends what the keywords are that it is ranking for and the traffic those words generate.

    It still depends. I think the information you give us still not enough. normally we calculate the price of the site from the revenue they get each month + potential it can go in teh future. ranking can mean nothing if they can not earn money. only PR3 itself can say nothing as well.
