what should be the link building strategy for getting high rank in Google and MSN?

    I want to gain top 10 search engine rankings for my main keywords in Google and MSN. can anyone help me in this regard?

    on google there are many factors that help, most of them you can find arround surfing the forums. building links with blog comments, social bookmarks, etc.
    Regarding MSN I found that having comments or links from pages/websites that are already favorite by MSN is enough to get your site ranking well in there as well.

    Link building strategy for all search engine is same. The only thing is their priorities are different.
    Such as, Yahoo gives higher priority to on-page optimization. However Google gives priority to off-page optimization.
