What should be the length of the article for google adsense?

is it should be a 300-400 worlds article?

or 500-800 words for article google adsense? or should be more?

300-500 words best suit for readers attention. However if subject really demands long information then link should be there to internal page for complete article. Don't put complete article on main page.

I've found that posts that are 200-300 words long seem to work best, and make sure to use similar words and phrases within the article to get the best ranking for keywords.

 

any length will do just it should be really good in information and well writen.

 

I think no limit of words on article, but content is unique.

 

There is no limit on article length. However for better optimization 300-500 words work better both for readers attention and also creates more space for articles on main page. There won;t be any ban on article length. However over stuffing of keywords can drop your page in ranking.
