What should be my best practice to promote blog for specific keywords

    I want to promote my art & design blog (see sig) and the main keywords I want it to come up on top 10 sites are "Art & Design Blog, Design Blog, Design Inspiration Blog".

    What I do to promote these keywords,

    1. Comment on blogs using these keywords
    2. Forum signatures
    3. Link from my other sites with these keywords

    But I don't see any success with it :(

    Can you suggest me some tips that should help?

    If ur promoting ur blog, first thing u have to do update ur blog's meta keyword and meta description and keep doing three activity which u have maintained.

    Don't rely on one or two seo tactics, go for multiple tactics , optimize content , utilize social media optimization and social networks too.
