What should be in your Root "www" folder....I messed something up?

    I am hosting 2 domains right now....What should be in the root "www" folder besides Folder for "site a" and "site b" An .htt access file? I think I accidently uploaded the wordpress folders to this location....So i want to delete them (the wordpress folders and files) without deleting anything important.
