I am looking for some money. PM me with what you need and how you will pay, please . I will go ahead and tell you that I do have photoshop skills but not PHP skills. i am very experienced in vbulletin..

 

if your experienced with vBulletin.. then you should know php... Otherwise your "technically" not experienced. Since vB is php based, along with mysql. I'd think your a vBulletin expert, if you can modify ALL aspects of it.. including php files/mysql etc..

 

by design you can earn more money but you have to know java script and php

 

and html... you need both programming and graphic skills. Unless you have BOTH, your not "technically" an vBulletin expert..

If you can edit skins and modify the board.. then I guess you could say you have good admin skills
