What Server To Rent? How Much Do I Need? Recommendation?

    Hey,

    I need a server for a site that consumes a lot of bandwidth just from sql requests. At different points the site has 200 to 500 people, I need a server that allows at least 500 mb transfer per hour...

    I am looking to purchase it here: http://www.leaseweb.com/ from their customize plan, any suggestion on what I should get?

    I also need a server either in Canada, Malaysia, Netherland, Hong Kong, China, or Germany, I can't have it in USA because of the laws there.

    How much should I be spending per month? What are the specs that I require?
