What server shall I choose? QUICK!!

    $55 P4 celeron 2ghz - 2.4ghz, 1GB Ram, (2) 80GB (several in stock)
    $65 AMD 2500 - 3100, 2GB Ram, (2) 80GB (several in stock)

    Which should I choose, I'm going to be running some proxies, so I think the 2GB ram server would be better, but I have no clue on the clock speed of the amd processor.
