What SEO should be done to improve traffic results for this site

    This is my works' website and we need more good traffic.

    Can anyone please take a look around and let me know what more could be done to improve.

    The first thing that the search engines see is your title, make sure you put your keywords there instead of your site title. Next in your meta description there should be a description of your site not a keyword list. That is what shows up in google under your link. Also make use of your h1 tags with proper keywords. Remember that content is king the more you put on your site the more Google and other search engines think you have something to offer someone who is looking for a particular keyword. Make sure you create a site map ( http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/). After you do all of your on page SEO then you can focus on off page such as building backlinks etc. Hope this helps. John

    You absolutely need unique titles & meta data on each page. I see that you reuse the same info on each page.

    In general you need better on-page seo. Your urls could be more search engine friendly. You should use h1, h2, etc for your targeted keywords for each page.

    Other than that, work at getting more quality links to your site. That website is only PR1. To get rankings in such a competitive industry, you will need many more links.
