What sells better a Wordpress blog or HTML site?

When selling a website which one sells better? More cash, quicker sales, etc.?

The content sells, not the website. But wordpress is a good start.

 

Yes I know the content will sell the site, but I was wondering which one do you find that customers are more comfortable with buying? Which format? Two exact sites with the same content, which one sells better?

I would say that HTML sites wordpress is a social platform.. if you monetize your site the right way (affiliate products) and make some sales you can sell it for alot more than a blog..

 

Blogs rank well, so I would say blogs, plus most consumers don't know the difference from a blog or HTML

 

people would rather buy html sites because they are too lazy to update the blog

 

If i was to buy, i would choose an html site.

 

Thanks for the feedback guys. I was thinking WP, but that was from a webmaster point of view, it's a lot easier once you get used to it, however there's a learning curve. I do have xsitepro2 so I guess I'll take the time to create it with that.
