I am also looking for something like this.
Back end manangement should allow for advertisers to upload their own coupons/logos, and manage expiration dates, etc.
also, payment by paypal, recurring payments would be nice.
Etell, maybe we should split the cost of development on this and get a really good one developed?

a quality hot or not script is needed. the current crop of free ones are horrible and the pay ones are poorly written with horrible coding and functions
