What scripting language used on this feature

    If you go to www.digg.com and click on "digg it" on the left hand column, a small little window opens up. Its not the usual pop up. But a cleaner feel.

    Is this script on on Ajax or perhaps Dhtml with Javascript?

    Kind of looks like the CSS is being altered with a JavaScript function.
