You don't really need to know what script they are using, probably a CMS built on coldfusion platform. Easier to go for PHP powered tools like Joomla, or even as simple as PHP Link Bid script. You can always customize a script to get the exact results you're looking for.
I am not interested in the website but would like to know what tool would have been used to maintain reciprocal link ads for free and paid one way links in their member sites. Hope I was clear in my requirement as, the system I am looking for is to work like adsence used in that site for ad rotation in member sites for many impressions for either free reciprocal or paid one way links Is it possible to do it with joomla or link bid scripts? I am not sure of what you mean.
