    if it dont have a link pointing to the CMS's creator then its likely either to be a cms they have made themself or paid someone to make it for them.

    I actually saw two sites with the same script so I dont think its custom made but there are no footer credits or anything where I can buy it.

    Any other suggestions?

    Looks like some CMS. Try looking at hotscripts for CMS. I think you will find one with similar features there...

    i think it looks a custom script. i suggest to try joomla. you can make better site than this
