are they a wordpress mod?

I believe that is simple html, although I may be wrong, because I am far from an expert.

 

Lol, try adding /wp-admin to the end of the domain to find out whether its a Wordpress site or not. I would guesstimate that the majority of 'css showcase' sites are Wordpress themes.

 

Yeah that is the first thing i always try on sites too lol
