I notice that a lot of the coupon/bargain deal websites like www.topbargains.com.au/ use a similar script. Does anyone know what the script is call or who produces it? Thanks

 

I think it modified version of Pligg, http://www.pligg.com/

looking at the source code, it is using the social networking csm from pligg.com

 

You could also use RSS feeds to present this data in any way shape or form you desire.

Most of the big content sources provide free RSS feeds.

For coupons/promo code sites you would want to become an affiliate and then use the dynamic content feeds each site provides.
