What script is this? Turnkey site? Looks good

I noticed someone selling these sites. In fact, there was more than one person selling this type of site so I am convinced that it is a script that is "out there".

It has ebay ads, adsense, clickbank links, dynamic updating youtube content etc. I'm guessing it runs on php.

Well I can assure you that this is not mine script. These sites are using duplicate content. My script create content semi-automatic. Soon I'll offer Site Creation Service to show what my script really can do.
