    It looks like custom shopping cart, otherwise it looks good.

    I agree... that is a customised shopping card. The webmaster has embedded blogging activity together with the shopping cart facility together into one... It's a great innovation and an excellent idea.

    Moreover, the design is a real beauty!

    i think it's using a custom shopping script but i think you can make a similar one with joomla and VirtueMart
