    Try clickmeter, you can redirect, track, mask and many more. There is also free option if you monthly won't exceed 1000 cliks and views.

    For a free solution, Prosper202 is good. You will need your own domain and hosting though. You can run it off of shared hosting, but it can be slow if you are throwing a lot of traffic at it.
