Fortunately, you don't have to find a tool to find out the trending topics on Twitter. The good thing about Twitter is that you can search for the latest trends by going to your Twitter Home page > Discover, and Search pages on the web. These trends are shown on the lower left side of your Twitter page. Clicking any of the Trends in the sidebar takes you to the Twitter search results for that Trend. Hope this helps...
