What risks are involved while I am looking forward to buy some used high PR Domains. I am thinking about to buy from PR1 to PR4 Domains. I come to read many times about fake PR. What is this Fake PR and what are other risks.

    Thanks.

Fake PR while some of their website do use redirect and cause fake PR and some just use the fake seal of PR.

Check is the site that voilent any rules. Check on banlist for the domain while some domain get banned by Google , Google Adwords, Google Adsense .
Do check the backlink they build and check their traffic from. Some of them just build backlink and gain traffic by exchange and sell it for high price.

The worst fears can be fake PR and being banned from google/adsense. So you need to make a thorough check before buying any domain.

Another risk is not verifying domain ownership.

Fake PR risk is minimum as tools like Rankchecker.com and google info search will reveal this.

The real problem is real backlinks. If a domain is PR 5 without substantial amount of backlinks it is more prone to be dropped in the next update. You may need to check the backlink data before buying a domain. That is more critical.
