What resources should I get? need input please.

Hi guys,

I am running quite a few websites on different niches.

I have resources to hire people who get to do different tasks.

I would like to know though, if you were in my shoes, what kind of
people would you hire to get everything done and have all SEO aspects covered.

If you have also other input on other resources I can benefit from, feel free.

I would really appreciate it if you guys can give me some ideas.

Just hire those people whom you understand that they are technically strong in SEO.

 

Well if I was to hire, First of all I would hire people exactly like me,who can handle the rest of the people for me, the one that I would hire will be the one who has spent enough time in the SEO field and now are doing blogging along with SEO, so are aware of all the established SEO rules and regulations as well as due to blogging, they are always updated about the latest updates etc and knows how to deal with people... After hiring that guy, I would ask him to hire more people according to his wishes and demands, and then ask him to execute the work... it would be just a +1 person in my team, but would be responsible enough for everything!

 

For SEO activities, you need someone who knows regarding SEO, right? If you are in shoe niche, you do not necessarily need one shoe expert for SEO activities.

Depending on your work requirement, hire people with the same expertise. For all round SEO campaign you will require link building expert, on page expert, off page expert, smo expert, content writer.
