Can anyone tell me please that what really is ECPM?

and how it works?

how to increase it?

what factors decreases it?

Yes, the ultimate measure of the success of your campaign. CTR, CPC everything finally comes to what you make from say 1000 impressions.

You need to get more per click.
I know what you're asking - how can I get megabucks per click?
AdSense is a contextual service - it delivers ads based on page content - so you need to have page content related to higher paying subject areas. Examples would be business, legal, insurance and health - but there's others too.
What I would say is don't go down the MFA route - try and make a worthwhile site with decent, well-researched and original content. Don't just fill a page with nonsense to attract these higher paying ads - if you do you will end up regretting it sooner or later.

 

I think with other factors like increasing your CTR and impressions, you could increase eCPM although it doesn't work like that all the time.
