Hello everyone, I currently have 2 potential employees who can acquire clients for my agency. I am yet to interview them tomorrow. What questions are they likely to ask me before I hire them hire them? Thank you in advance!
If you are hiring fulltime employees, they should ask you at least the following questions: How long have you been in business and who are your current clients? What differentiates your agency from all of the others? What is the compensation plan you are offering? Salary, commissions, bonus, etc.? What are the benefits you are offering? What marketing do you do to generate leads for the sales effort? What is the average price point for an average contract with your clients? What is the average sales cycle for a new prospect to close? What has been the success rate for previous sales reps, if applicable? I would certainly ask these questions, anyway.
You are interviewing potential employees, and you want to know what they will ask you? Or do you want to know what you should ask them? Which one is it?
They may likely ask you about your stuttering problem or why you repeat thngs. But then again, your stammer is none of their business.
What are the company’s values? What characteristics or skills do you look for in employees in order to represent those values?
