    Hello all,

I am with a start-up affiliate network and I am doing some polling around the web to find out what marketers look for in their networks and/or what qualities, services and features make a network stand out to you?

I appreciate any input and look forwarding to hearing what you have to say! We're a young company so we're looking for quality input to make sure we stay on the right track and continue to grow and gain a good reputation.

Obviously, one that doesn't shave. (Or shaves minimally, I suppose.)

Secondly, if I want to talk to a rep or AM, I should be able to pick up my phone and talk to one. If not, I expect a response at 8am the next morning.

Third and most importantly, I want one that works with me. Free creatives, etc., are all things that help me promote more and make more money for them.

Hahah, Yeah I would assume this is the idea all around. I don't believe in shaving and thankfully nor do my partners. I've heard some horror stories about some of these huge networks that just boggle my mind. How can they hold on to as many affiliates as they have if they're stealing from them?!

Perfect. This is exactly what I'm looking to hear. I'll be sure we keep our phone system working and visible to everyone.

By "Free creative", you mean something you request to be custom made.. more than just the generic promotional material that is included with the offer(s) themselves?

    Thanks for the input! :]

That's exactly it. For example, I took advantage of another Affiliate Network's service when I needed some images altered for a teeth whitening campaign I did some time back.

Wow, I was expecting more response from this! We've been running strong and taking advice from all of our users - but I'd love some outside input from those who've been in the game for a while.

If anyone wants to chime in I'd love to hear what you have to say. :]
