If you're looking for a text link based advertising solution you should check out http://www.SellTextLinkAds.com - They make a script that rotates text links on your website and advertisers can sign up and place an advertisement and pay using PayPal. I use it on my network of sites and I make more money using this program that with Google Adsense. It's great because it's fully customizable and open-source so you can integrate the adbox seamlessly into your website.
Nothing will pay out paypal that is worth it, and if you find a ppc that excepts Adult or Warez then they are not allowed to payout with paypal because of paypal rules. I recommend you check out AdBrite.com they pay check but are very flexible not sure about adult though.
Adbrite suck with 1 cent per click and it take HUGE times to receive your check. Bidvertiser is OK. You can also take a look at my sign.

Vadpay? Is it http://vadpay.com ? I don't think they pay via PP as they addressed "We pay via Moneybookers, E-gold, Webmoney, Wire transfer."
