I have a game wallpaper site. After 2 months of using a popup-advertisement I have made 1 dollar in total. I also have adsense on this site, this has generated 50 cents of income. So I am not even getting enough income to cover the hostingcost, let alone the cost of site take-over cost. So I was wondering, what are my options? People mostly find the site through google-images. I do send them to the site itself (javascript). But I do have between 400 and 900 unique visitors daily. This should generate a bit more than 3 cents a day, right? (if you want to know the site URL, let me know, I will PM it... dont want to let people think I am using this topic as promotion) ... thanks!
Promote it more. Have you tried different ad placements? And I am no fan of popups. If a site has a popup I never come back. Check out my sig for some other alternatives... Good Luck
