What program can I use to import 10,00+ emails in csv format and send to them?

    My host won't let me send mass mails via my phpbb admin cp as it creates high server loads. I've extracted all 10,700 emails into csv format and tried importing them into gmail, but that only let me upload 1999.

    Are there other options I can try out?

    How about using an autoresponder like GetResponse or Aweber.

    I've personally only used aweber and really like the service.
