Does anyone know how I can distort a person's face, not necessarily blur, but any kind of distortion to a person's face on a video that I made?

I'd be interested in that as well. I got a license plate in a couple of my videos I'd like to blur out.

I have Pinnacle Studio and there is a little tutorial for that here.. As far as i know Windows Moviemaker will only allow you to blur the whole screen not a small section.. Other software such as Sony Vegas im sure will do it too but it is pretty expensive.

I ain't that worried about it. I don't make movies much and never seen anything for movies until this movie maker because it is not something I normally do. I certainly am not going to buy anything to do it. Thank you for the replies though. In case I ever do get to the point of needing something like that I know now.
