Hi, I got an offer to make a database (MySQL) with a simple web-interface for a small non-profit organisation. There's no need to design a nice looking website, the main goal is to have the features. Some simple features: * Login * New users / edit users * Search by name * ... mostly just options to complete the users' file. I can make this database & webinterface, but since I'm just a freelancer with not that much experience, I don't really know how much I should charge. I know it sounds rediculous, but since they didn't add their budget I don't know their limits + I don't know the market prices. They also askes me how much it would cost to give them some support (payment on hourly basis or not?). All suggestions are very welcome! This is the only way I'll ever learn it Thanks!

I'm not planning to let somebody else do the job, but I'm going to do it. It's just a problem that I don't know what I should charge the company.
You can check and compare it do trade subforum. Maybe you can get comparison on doing some job. If you realize that your task is difficult, you can give higher price.. Tell them and ask them what is the budget and task you want to work.
