What price to put on a established website ?

    Hi I was wondering what is the best way to price a website , I have a site that is established , and has generated 297 dollars a month for the last six months, it's in a specialised niche that sells a proper coarse with vids , so I'm wanting to know how do I put a price on it ,

    Usually a mark up of 6-12 times the monthly income.
