Call me ambitious but its my goal this year to make a website like this, http://www.lovetoknow.com/....I don't know who owns it but it still definitely is on top of the search engine always...its the same concept as about.com.... Is it possible to set up a website like this using Wordpress theme? that part about putting all the links to your subdomain into your main domain website...what theme can you advice for this kind of layout? I am ready to purchase the premium theme ones because I dont think the free ones would work for this kind of layout... please help...thanks!

i think you should take a look at themeforest they have some really good lloking wordpress themes. i have bought one for my blog. I bought the "our community" theme by kailoon. They have premium themes starting from $10 .
