What PR link does it take to boost another?

Hi guys
I was wondering, if a site is at PRx, what inbound link PR does it take to guarantee and increase to the next level up?

I have several PR5 sites (god knows how!) But I just got 2xPR6 and a PR7 link to one of my PR4 sites... what do you expect it to go to?

5 very likely...it depends on the case at hand, many factors, link age etc....niche....

 

Just 5? Even if it has 2 PR6's and 1 PR7 (and many PR5 and 4's)?

I really agree with free bet it has many factor's I think more so on the last statement niche if you are solo the only one of your kind your going to be ranked top dawg if you are the under dog then your not going to be ranked so good. good point!

 

are you talking about just PR not rankings right? Pr is a complicated algo, that just can't be calculated based on the sites that link to you.

It depends on the page that link to you, how many other pages they link to, the pages linking to them....ect....you can see how it can go on....suppose one of those PR6 or 7 pages gets a drop during the next update, you might suffer...
