Glen: Your call here. I noticed that you are COOP member. I might suggest that you changed from 'banners' to 'text links' and run 5 instead of 1. This will increase your weight and give you more link exposure in the network.

I don't know why my gut feeling says stay away from textlinkbrokers  . But that's just my own opinion...take it for what it's worth.

I have had very bad experiences buying links, as a result I DO NOT EVER buy links...but that's just me

    Homer,

Hrm. I think I am already text links. I will play around with the #. But I dont want 5 each newline, so gotta figure out how to lay it out.

Just go back into setup and instead of <br> enter " | " - (No quotes, just the spaces)

Yeah - I need to figure all that out. Off topic for this thread, but i do greatly appreciate the tips and advice.
What I would like I think is 3 on one line and 2 on the next.

I have them on all my pages - this is required for the COOP right?

Hrm. I switched to ' | ' and it isn't right. (line 76 of the php file).

You can see how it looks at:

www.mostpopularsites.net (scroll down to the bottom)

It's still doing the carriage return (<br>? <p>?)

Any clues? hrm, i should move this to a new thread i guess

Glenn: Go back into your account>set up instrutions>

The first step 'ad_network_239.php' (today). Go to Ad Type>text link only
    Ads To Display:5
    Separate Ads With: 'I'

Then copy and paste the code into 'ad_network_239.php'...upload your done. Should be 5 small text links. Click my sig and scroll to the bottom I am running 5 textlinks only.

    Hope that helps, good luck

OK, the problem was I had to null out (empty) my existing txt file which I guess had a cache of the 468 size stuff.

So the small text links have the same weight, WHY would anyone want to do 468x60 text and/or image banners?

My sites stayed a PR5, but whats weird is that pages off the home page are also a PR5 - and they only have internal links (most likely). Wonder if that means its in the precipise of changing to a 6 or if internal linking helps internal pr that much.

Looks like all has pretty much settled. After the update, my homepage remained at PR4, my other pages all developed some PR anywhere from 1-4.

Forums home page climbed from 3 to 4, and I have some minimal PR throught my forums pages (which I didnt have before)

google backlinks went from 700 to 1800
