What popup ad network is safe?

    What popup ad network is safe?

    I am running a video entertainment site that fetchs about 20000 visitors daily and most are from United States.

    Anyone got recommendation for popup ad network that does not have viruses and is 100% safe + do pay by paypal bi weekly or at the end of month.

    I have used paypopup.com, they pay a lot more than others, but many of their popups are blocked (so you'll have less impressions). I also used popups from CPX Interactive and Adtegrity, they pay less, but since they are not blocked so often you'll have more impressions.

    the first company from the list of CPM that I have in my signature should satisfy Your needs, it is safe and have a pretty good CPM rates :)
