There is no plug in that increases traffic, SE rankings or back links. Those things are done with hard work.
Although, there are plug ins that help with interlinking. You could check out plug ins like YARPP (Yet Another Related Post Plug In) and Linkworth. They will add related post links to the bottom of all your posts. That is very helpful.

Most of these ppl are telling you the same junk. IMHO, you want more traffic, post more. make a twitter, get a twitter widget. = more traffic.
Viper Video quicktags is a great plugin if you are using video. Obviously traffic won't flood in, but it will help rank the video's better.
There are no plug-ins which will get you instant traffic or back links, However, There are many plug-ins which can help you achieve this goal.. =)
LOok at the xml sitemaps plugin to keep the search engines updated on your posts, and headspace for better on page SEO
Try "SEO Smart Links" It will help you to increase internal Link Structure. Then check Yoast plugin "Canonical URL's for WordPress" this is also nice. I use the following plugins: YARPP - for automatically interlink posts on my blog which is good for SEO. Redirection - to easily manage 404 pages (or lost posts links) Headspace2 - to easily create description of the blog and blog post title manipulation. Disqus Comment System - better user interface and manageable compared to the default comment system. Mashable inspired sharing buttons like Facebook, Tweet and Google Buzz. Posts rankings using WP-PostRatings and WP-Postviews. I once used SEO Slugs but i realized that there are some negative effects on my SEO Campaign.
The seo pack is not really needed - wordpress takes care of something like 90% of the SEO. All you really need to change is the permalink settings. I personally like the google site map generator and the Lightbox 2 plug in. The Lightbox 2 effect is very cool and adds that little extra classy touch to your blog. If you want code to run inside your post, then take a look at the PHP Exec and the Script Enabler plug ins.
@cipals15 I am also using SEO Slug but not face any problem. Can you elaborate which kind of problem you are facing ? I just forgot to mention XML sitemap this plug in is really require.
